Danielle Bates moved to the Big Island of Hawaii more than 20 years ago from Arizona. Her background in Association Management, working with Boards of Condominium Associations, gives her an advantage over other Real Estate Agents due to her in-depth knowledge of complex legal workings.

Danielle began her Real Estate career in 2011 and has since specialized in Resort and Condo sales as well as Vacation Rental Management. Her success is built on long-lasting relationships founded on trust, loyalty, and a strong work ethic with her clients and property owners. She has also built a reliable support team to assist in managing properties.

In addition to being a proud mother of four fantastic adult children, Danielle has been blessed in recent years with six wonderful grandchildren, ranging in age from sixteen to a newborn baby boy—the most recent addition to the family.

Her most important achievements include raising her children and successfully building her business in the service industry for over 30 years in Real Estate Sales and Vacation Rental Management.

When she’s not working, Danielle loves spending time with her family, friends, and grandchildren, as well as enjoying Hawaii’s beautiful beaches, exploring nature, traveling, and watching the humpback whales with the majestic mountains as a backdrop during whale season.
